I, Kay Janae, appreciate your business and I understand you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I ask that you please carefully and thoroughly read my policy in respect for my business. Your appointment time is valuable to me and I want you to receive the best service during your scheduled appointment. ♡

DEPOSITS ~ At the time of booking a $20-$35 NONREFUNDABLE deposit is required in order to retain your appointment that WILL go towards your total balance. The remainder of payment is due at your appointment.
CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULING ~ Because each appointment is reserved for a valuable client, cancellations must be made 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours you will be require to send a $50 missed fee AND a new retainer deposit. No call no shows are require the full amount of your missed appointment BEFORE you can schedule your next appointment. Rescheduling is allowed if done at least 24 hours in advance. If you booked online with a deposit, you may reschedule twice before a $50 missed appointment fee applies. If you rebook at your appointment without a deposit, you may reschedule once before the fee applies. After that, a new deposit or fee will be required. LATE POLICY ~ 10 mins of grace is extended to all customers AND nail tech. At the 10 min mark, a $25 late fee will be added to your service. Later than 10 mins will result in your appointment being canceled and loss of retainer deposit. If I am available to still service you over 10 mins late, a higher late fee will be applied to your service. |
Children are NOT permitted in the building unless being serviced.
